2. Identification Documents: Include copies of the student's Birth Certificate or passport, validating their personal information.

3. Academic Records: Submit the last two school reports or any available examination results to offer insights into the student's academic progress. 

4. Medical Records: To ensure the well-being of each student, kindly provide relevant medical records and a vaccination card.
